Eight hectares give us the privilege of knowing our vineyards closely, season after season.
Every parcel is different, with its own balance and character. We begin by observing — the vines, the soil, the weather — and letting them guide our decisions. Sometimes this means intervening; sometimes, it means knowing when to step back and let nature take its course.
The work in the vineyard is carried out by hand. We thin the clusters and manage the foliage according to the needs of each parcel, always with the same aim: to help the grapes ripen slowly and evenly, while allowing each vintage to follow its own path.
The same approach continues in the cellar.
Our role is not to shape the wine, but to accompany it. Fermentation and ageing are carried out with care, preserving the character of the grapes, the identity of the land and the nuances of each vintage.
Wood is used sparingly. Large oak casks are our preferred choice, giving the wines time to mature gently and naturally. Tonneaux are reserved for wines with greater structure, where they can add depth without overpowering their character.
So that every wine can remain true to its origin.
